Our Mission
We create the conditions and opportunities for women to become self-aware and fulfill themselves in various personal and social roles — especially as mothers.
To achieve this, we provide free support and assistance to pregnant women and mothers, run educational and awareness campaigns, and advocate for mothers' rights at the national level.
Consistency with the goals of the UN
Goal 1
End poverty in all its forms everywhere
Goal 3
Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Goal 5
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Goal 8
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
Goal 10
Reduce inequality within and among countries
Our Expertise
01
High-Quality Postpartum Recovery
We work to improve the quality of postpartum recovery for women by advocating for updates to legal and regulatory frameworks, enhancing medical staff training, and launching informational and educational programs for new mothers.
02
Mental Health
We provide women with access to psychological and psychosocial support, raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being, and strengthen the capacity of mental health professionals across communities.
03
Physical Health
We run awareness campaigns to promote healthy lifestyles among pregnant women and mothers — covering topics like sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.
04
Breastfeeding
We lead awareness campaigns and educational initiatives to promote and support breastfeeding as an essential part of maternal and child health.
05
Barrier-Free Social and Economic Empowerment
We develop financial literacy programs, support women returning to the workforce after parental leave, and help create inclusive, accessible environments for families with young children — including guidance on how to make them a reality.
Why Our Work Matters
Becoming a mother brings not only joy but also a range of challenges — physical, emotional, financial, and social. The facts below highlight the need for our work:
10–20% of women globally experience postpartum depression. Timely screening could prevent two-thirds of maternal deaths. (PostpartumDepression.org)
31% of babies are exclusively breastfed up to 3 months, and 51% up to 6 months or more — even more important during wartime.(According to the Methodological and Organizational Training and Resource Center of the National Specialized Children’s Hospital “Ohmatdyt” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine)
Mothers often face stigma and judgment that hinder social and professional reintegration.
Outdated gender roles limit access to careers and self-fulfillment.
Economic dependence increases risk of domestic violence.
Quality postpartum care affects future health and reproductive choices.
Our organization provides support to women to help them overcome these challenges and promote their emotional and physical well-being.
