Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter — "Agreement"), posted on the website https://golada.org (hereinafter — "Website"), and is an official offer to an unlimited number of persons to conclude a purchase and sale agreement.

1.3. The Buyer, by placing an order on the website, agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer — to pay for and accept them.

2.2. The description, price and availability of goods are current at the time of placing the order.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

3.1. Placing an order is carried out by filling out an online form on the website.

3.2. After confirmation of the order by the Buyer (manually or automatically), the agreement is considered concluded.

3.3. The fact of concluding the agreement is the confirmation of the order or payment (depending on the selected payment method).

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices for goods are indicated in hryvnias.

4.2. Payment is possible by the following methods:

• Online through payment system (by bank card);
• Cash on delivery upon receipt.

4.3. In case of cash on delivery, the commission for money transfer is paid by the Buyer (according to postal service rates).

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or other available delivery services.

5.2. Estimated delivery time — 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

5.3. For orders from [amount] UAH, delivery is free (with full prepayment).

6. Warranties

6.1. All goods comply with the quality standards specified in their description.

6.2. Warranty period — 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods.

7. Personal Data

7.1. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of order fulfillment.

7.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for delivery services and payment operators.

7.3. The Seller ensures confidentiality and protection of personal data in accordance with current legislation.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays due to the fault of carriers.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for use of goods not for their intended purpose.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

9.2. In case of inability to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to the court at the place of registration of the Seller.

10. Validity Period of the Offer

10.1. This agreement is valid indefinitely until it is revoked by the Seller.

10.2. The current version of the agreement is always posted on the Website.
