We continue to fulfil our mission to care for and support pregnant women and mothers in their daily challenges. Today, the Lada Foundation signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5. This is one of the largest maternity hospitals in the city, which combines ancient traditions and modern medicine, and has its own training base for obstetricians and gynaecologists.
Today, our society focuses most of its attention on pregnant women and babies. But it is after the birth of a baby that a woman needs help and support even more, which affects her mental and physical health, including long-term health. Therefore, our cooperation with the Kyiv City Maternity Hospital is very important for the city's future mothers. Our joint actions are aimed at improving the culture of caring for mothers in the postpartum period.
We plan to organise joint trainings and seminars, consultations and other events on postpartum support specifically for mothers in order to create conditions and opportunities for quality recovery after childbirth and successful breastfeeding.
The signing of the memorandum is another step towards future initiatives and projects of the LADA CFMO to create the best conditions and opportunities for quality physical and emotional recovery after childbirth, comfortable socialisation and a smooth return to the labour market.
